The online platform –www.taxcom.co.in, is owned and operated by TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with its Site office at NH-117, 2nd Floor, Amtala Baazer, Kolkata, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743503 (“Taxcom Technologies”, “We”, “Our”. “Us”). The Website its sub-domains and other sites/ other channels including maintained by Taxcom Technologies to enable the Services shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as the (“Platform”). The products and services provided by Taxcom Technologies through the Platform shall be referred as (“Services”).
RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT :

You agree to indemnify them against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations related to your account, whether by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take control of the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to reimbursement under this User Agreement. In such an event, you must provide us with the cooperation requested by us.
TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION OF WORK :
Timelines mentioned for work completion are estimations and should not be construed as an agreed promise from TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES LLP Work completion is dependent on multiple externalities such as government department and third-party vendors (e.g., CAs, CS, payment gateway). TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES will have limited warranties in such cases. TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES LLP won’t be at risk for any immediate, backhanded, coincidental, considerable, or model misfortune or harms which may be brought about by you as a consequence of utilizing our Resources, or as an aftereffect of any progressions, information misfortune or defilement, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full degree that appropriate restriction of obligation laws apply.
PRICING :
TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES has implemented a clear pricing policy for various services, allowing clients to select services based on their specific requirements. The prices displayed on the website represent the starting point, and the actual prices may vary based on factors such as the client’s location, the type of service, and the quantity of services requested. We reserve the right to modify the prices listed on our website at any time. However, any changes made will not affect contracts that have already been initiated. Please note that the defined pricing policy does not apply to any increases in the total fee paid by the client to TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES resulting from government fee adjustments or fees incurred by the client for the completion of legal documentation or the resubmission of forms to the government due to rejection. We are not accountable or liable for any other costs incurred by the client relating to the completion of the service. It is possible that the prices quoted on the website may be inaccurate or not up to date. In such cases, we will review and verify the prices, and the correct price will be communicated to you prior to finalizing the contract.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :
You acknowledge and agree that any claims against us shall be limited to the amount you have paid, if any, for the use of our products and/or services. www.taxcom.co.in will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages that you may incur as a result of using our resources. This includes, but is not limited to, any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable limitation of liability laws.

We value your privacy and have created a separate Privacy Policy to provide detailed information on how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your personal data. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this website, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES.
TERMINATION OF USE :
You agree that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources, with or without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may result in the termination of your relationship and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
USE OF CLIENT’S NAME :
TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES may utilize the name/logo of its clients for display on MERAPROFIT’s website, articles, newsletters, or any other publicly available document as part of promotion/marketing.
GOVERNING LAW :
This website is controlled by TAXCOM TECHNOLOGIES from our office located in West Bengal, India. By accessing our website, you agree that the laws and statutes of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflicts of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters related to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this website.
Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in West Bengal, India. By accepting this User Agreement, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
