What is the fee for name reservation (RUN)?
The MCA charges a fixed fee of ₹1,000 for name reservation through the Reserve Unique Name (RUN) service. This gives you one re-submission chance.
Is there any penalty for late filing of DSC KYC?
Yes, for failing to complete DIR-3 KYC within the due date, MCA levies a heavy deactivated DIN penalty of ₹5,000 per director.
How is stamp duty different from MCA fees?
MCA fees go to the Central Government (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), while Stamp Duty is a state tax paid to the respective State Government on documents like MOA and AOA.
Can I get a refund of MCA fees if my application is rejected?
