Society/Club/NGO Renewal Process step by step:
First step :
At first, keep ready the above documents scan copy in the desktop folder as required of filing the annual return. –
- Then visit the website of www.edistrict.wb.gov.in
- Log in with your ID and Password
- Then your Right side under all services see 5th row click on the annual filing of returns
- Click on the check box below and apply
- Then Provide your Digital Registration Number and Association Name
- Then search – you will see details filled up form will show.

Here you have to fill up only your mobile number because everything is written in pre-filled.

Fourth step :

After upload, the above color scan copy checks and verifies the details. After verifying click on submit button. You will get the AIN Number, Print that, and visit your nearest renewal office to note down the book for further process.
Fifth Step :
if authority after checking your all documents uploaded will decide to process further Payment
(Note: if authority sent back your application with the given reason for sent back you have to provide that paper by click on the sent back button and upload the papers required by authority)
(Note: if authority reject your application with given proper reason for reject then you have to re-upload by correct the problems)
If your documents are ok then the authority will fetch your application for Payment of Govt. Fee.
Log in web e-district portal with your ID and Password and click on TRACK APPLICATION on your head on the left side. Then click on pay button and pay your fee by your Debit card or Online. After completion of your payment again visit your society renewal office and note the AIN number again. After checking authority you will get a digital renewal receipt and you can download it by login id and password in the web e-district portal.
Knowledge about Society Renewal fee/penalty :
- If your Last AGM date and Present AGM date is over of 15th Month then Fine have to pay.
- If your Application date of Renewal over 30 days from the present AGM date then Fine has to pay.
- If you do not belong above options then you have to pay Rs. 25 for 1-year Renewal Fee.
- If you submit your last year annual return online after 30 days of your present AGM date then you have to pay 350+25=375/-
- If you cross the 15th month and providing a return for 2 years and applying a return online within 30 days of the present AGM date then you have to pay 1000+25+25= 1050/-
- If you cross the 15th month and providing a return for 2 years and applying a return online over 30 days of the present AGM date then you have to pay 1000+25+350+25= 1400/-
Friends my advice is to please follow the above 1 and 2 details and save your memory that for saving the penalty for paying for Renewal Submission.
